Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: It is as simple as it gets; you fill in all the necessary data and once you have done that the data is automatically sent to one of the companies providing the transfers. After the company has accepted the transfer, an e-mail is sent to you with all the data you provided; in this mail there will be two options for you to choose between - confirm or cancel the booking. Bear in mind that the transfer must be confirmed no later than four hours prior to the pick-up time; otherwise it is automatically cancelled.

Q: What does the price include?
a2: A: The price includes a transfer per vehicle not per person; depending on the destination we have various vehicle types available; for land transfers we usually have the following types to choose between: 1-3 people car, 4-8 people minivan. If you travel from the mainland to some islands, you will see boats displayed as available vehicles. For land transfers the following is included in the price: highway cost, standard size luggage and child/booster seats. Bear in mind to leave a note if you have excess luggage (bicycle, musical instrument, pushchairs etc) and if you need a child seat so that we can prepare an adequate vehicle.

Q: How do I find my transport?
a3: A: There will be a driver waiting for you at arranged time holding a sign with your name on it, whether it is at the airport or at a specific address.

If you are booking a boat transfer our agent will contact you on mail to arrange the details of your transfer.

Q: Are there any fees if I change or cancel my transfer?
a4: A: As mentioned in How do I make a reservation, you can cancel your transfer at no charge in the mail you get after the company has accepted your request. In case you wish to change your transfer details such as departure time no extra fee is applied. NOTE: all change requests have to be informed at least 12 hours prior to the pick-up time marked in the original booking

Q: Can I bring my pet on a transfer?
a5: A: In most cases this is possible but to be sure please leave a note when submitting your transfer request.

Q: Do you offer transfers for people in a wheelchair?
a6: A: Yes but it is advisable that we are informed on this matter so that an adequate vehicle can be prepared.
